A Moveable Feast™ XXII

If you attended the A Moveable Feast™ appetizer party, you probably heard a recurring theme during the program, which is that child abuse affects the whole family unit. It can even affect an entire community, but it doesn’t win. Child abuse doesn’t have the final say.

A Moveable Feast™ XXII featured a variety of speakers, all of whom are deeply connected to this issue. Guests listened to remarks from District Attorney Michael Dougherty, Deputy District Attorney Jessica Dotter, Blue Sky Bridge Executive Director, Gina Maione Earles, Blue Sky Bridge Board Member, EJ Meade, and a mother of a child who came to Blue Sky Bridge for a forensic interview.

Attendees began the evening at the home of Jen & Jon Wittemyer, where they experienced live music by Bilbao Jazz Trio, dined on appetizers from Chef Sue Dubach of Sage & Savory Catering, sipped a signature cocktail from Código 1530, and enjoyed a variety of beer provided by Oskar Blues Brewery.

At the completion of the appetizer party, guests continued their feast at one of 10 separate dinner parties throughout Boulder County. We want to thank our gracious hosts for opening their beautiful homes and welcoming Blue Sky Bridge supporters for an incredible evening.

Over 220 guests attended A Moveable Feast™ XXII, and raised $148,000 for Blue Sky Bridge. Through your generous support, Blue Sky Bridge is able to offer all of our services to families at no cost to them. It allows us the opportunity to continue our work, and to ensure that child abuse does not have the final word.
